Help care for a unique 'house of contrasts' where Classical Palladian and Gothic styles meet, from the lavish Gothic Boudoir with its ornate plaster ceiling to elegant Georgian rooms and the fascinating servants' world below stairs.

Beautiful Gardens

Oversee a historic demesne of formal sunken gardens, the tranquil Temple Water, woodland and rolling parkland, with over 21 miles of trails and the celebrated Old Farmyard made famous as Winterfell in Game of Thrones.

Dedicated Team

Lead and inspire a passionate team of staff and volunteers who share your commitment to conservation and visitor experience.
